Eaglesham schools set to re-open after storms hit

Schools in Eaglesham are set to re-open after storms battered the area, forcing council facilities across the area to close for the day.

All East Renfrewshire schools were closed by the stormy weather on Thursday 8th December, with libraries, sports centres and other facilities also hit.

However, with the worst of the storms apparently over, schools and other facilities are set to open as normal on Friday.
